John Hynd

John has over 20 years experience in commercial transactions, corporate advice, corporate governance, insolvency and property development.

He advises clients with business interests in developing and manufacturing, or the provision of services in the electronic, telecommunication, multimedia, software and leisure industries both nationally and internationally.

He specialises in advising on business transactions and structures, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures and shareholder and partnership disputes.

John is a fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Law Asia Committee of the Law Society of South Australia, and a former member of the Law Council of the Law Society of South Australia.
